Teaching philosophy

Lydia's approach combines disciplined technical training with individual encouragement. Precision matters, but so does the confidence to use it: dancers are taught why an exercise works, so that they can self-correct and keep improving between lessons.

Her experience as a Pilates instructor informs how she thinks about alignment, conditioning and injury-aware training, and supports a practical understanding of how each dancer's body works.
